Welcome to Lenz by Maddz! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our photography, content creation, and social media management services. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with the terms set out below.

1. Services

Lenz by Maddz offers the following services:

• Photography sessions.

• Content creation for individuals and businesses.

• Social media management services, including posting, story creation, and engagement.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual agreements or invoices provided to the client before the commencement of services.

2. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full before final deliverables are provided.

• Payment is accepted via bank transfer, with payment details provided on the invoice.

• Clients are required to include their name or invoice number as a reference when making payments.

• Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in delays or cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the service date will forfeit the deposit.

• Refunds are not available for completed services or work already delivered.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary information and materials (e.g., branding guidelines, content ideas) on time to avoid delays.

• Ensure timely communication during the service period.

• Obtain all required permissions for locations or third-party appearances featured in photography or content.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

• All photos, videos, and content created by Lenz by Maddz remain the intellectual property of Lenz by Maddz unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Clients are granted a license for personal or commercial use (as agreed) upon full payment.

• Clients may not resell, edit, or redistribute the content without prior written permission.

6. Revisions

• Photography and content services include up to 2 rounds of revisions, as specified in the service agreement.

• Additional revisions may incur extra fees, which will be communicated in advance.

7. Liability

• Lenz by Maddz will not be held responsible for unforeseen delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, technical issues).

• While every effort is made to provide high-quality services, Lenz by Maddz cannot guarantee specific results due to variables such as lighting, location conditions, or client input.

8. Confidentiality

• Lenz by Maddz respects client confidentiality and will not share sensitive information or content without prior consent.

9. Termination

• Lenz by Maddz reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches these terms, engages in unethical behavior, or fails to provide necessary materials or payments.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

11. Changes to Terms

Lenz by Maddz reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes before they take effect.

12. Unauthorized Use

• All photos, prints, and content created by Lenz by Maddz are protected by copyright.

• Clients and visitors to our website or platforms are prohibited from screenshotting, copying, or reproducing any content or prints without explicit written permission.

• Unauthorized use, including the use of screenshots for personal or commercial purposes, is a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action.
